Read the text, then answer: « A Day at Lake Ichkeul »

Last Sunday, Nour and her brother Aziz went on a picnic with their parents. They drove to Ichkeul National Park, near Bizerte. Nour was very excited because she enjoys watching birds. Aziz prefers flying his kite.

When they arrived, Dad found a nice place under a big tree near the lake. Mum and Nour got the food ready: sandwiches, salad, oranges and a bottle of cold water. Aziz ran up a small hill with his red kite, but there was no wind! He was a bit sad.

After lunch, the wind came back. The kite flew high in the blue sky, and Aziz shouted with joy. Nour took her binoculars and watched hundreds of pink flamingos on the water. They looked like flowers on the lake. Before going home, the children put their rubbish in a bag. It was a wonderful day out.

Last Saturday, I went to the forest of Ain Soltane with my parents and my cousin Hamza. We left home early in the morning. When we arrived, we walked between the tall trees and collected pine cones. Then Dad made tea and Mum gave us sandwiches and fruit. After lunch, Hamza and I played hide and seek, and we flew a kite on a small hill. In the evening, we were tired but very happy. I want to go back there next month!

One good example among many: compare, don’t copy.
